Fans keep buzzing about LeBron James, the four-time NBA champion.

There’s no shortage of chatter surrounding LeBron — but apparently, the topic that draws the most attention is his hairline.

The 41-year-old has endured more than a decade of playful online jabs about his receding hairline. Keeping his hairline visible and intact has long been one of the tougher challenges of his NBA career.

Now it appears King James is ready to concede defeat.

On Monday, Sept. 28, the basketball superstar made his debut as a Philadelphia 76ers player during their first media day, and his hairstyle became the central topic of online conversation.

James addressed the press in the kit of the new team for the first time, donning the jersey’s iconic red, white, and blue palette.

Another user cheered the move, saying, “The bald looks great!! So glad he let it go.”

A third admirer marveled, “Ain’t no way he actually accepted his fate and did it.”

A fourth joked, “Bro does look like Thanos,” alluding to the Marvel villain from “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame.”

Although this might be the first time many viewers are seeing James with a shaved head this year, he had already debuted the look earlier in the summer at the TIME100 Sports Gala in New York City.

The 6-foot-9 small forward attended the July 17 event alongside his wife Savannah James, wearing a navy suit and black tie. Savannah wore a black dress.

Now it appears he’s finally completed the last step toward embracing the reality of thinning hair, edging closer to the look associated with NBA legend Michael Jordan.

The former Chicago Bulls icon shaved his head in 1989 at the age of 26, turning the bald style into his signature.

James once referenced Jordan’s haircut in May 2017 after overtaking him on the NBA’s all-time playoff scoring list during Cleveland’s Eastern Conference Finals triumph.

Expressing his admiration for Jordan, James said, “I shot fadeaways before I should have, I wore a leg sleeve on my leg and folded it down so you saw the red part, I wore black-and
