Cardi B Debuts Money Moves at NPR Tiny Desk Concert Premiere — 5 Moments Fans Are Talking About

October 20, 2026

Cardi B delivered a show-stopping moment as she stepped into the Tiny Desk office and lit up the room.

Bringing her talents to Washington, D.C., Bardi arrived with no intention of holding back. The Bronx rapper treated the audience to a lineup of her standout tracks, including “ErrTime,” “Up,” and her breakout anthem, “Bodak Yellow.”

The New York artist has been on a multigenerational hot streak and shows no signs of slowing down. Following a seven-year stretch without a full-length release, Cardi dropped her sophomore album, AM I THE DRAMA?, last year.

That project became her first full-length release since the Grammy-winning debut, Invasion of Privacy, which arrived in 2018. Since then, Cardi has kept up with high-profile moves, maintaining her standing in conversations while delivering the high-energy performances fans expect.

In September, after the album dropped, she joined Bad Bunny at his Super Bowl halftime show, adding another milestone to her expanding roster of career highlights. Now she brings that same star power to NPR’s Tiny Desk series, offering fans the opportunity to hear many of her biggest songs in a fresh setting.

Here are our initial impressions of Cardi B’s Tiny Desk Concert, below.
