After hinting that new music is on the way, it’s clear Megan Thee Stallion plans to channel her breakup with the NBA star into sharper verses on her forthcoming project, which could serve as anthems for other women who have endured heartbreak.
In a video shared online, the rapper teased new music for fans, and keen listeners heard lines that appear to let Thompson know he may have delivered the biggest blunder of his career if the cheating rumors are true.
In the clip, Thee Stallion flaunts a skimpy bikini—likely from her Hot Girl swimwear line—sipping tequila and twerking on a yacht among a group of stunning women as the new track plays.
In the supposed song, she raps, “All that wifey s–t is dead/ Put that s–t to bed.” She goes on, “I’mma make ’em beg/ When I want some head.”
The track is likely part of her upcoming project, Thee House of Tina: Act III, in which she also shared a wishlist of collaborators, including Jay-Z, Hayley Williams, Monaleo, Cardi B, Doechii, Don Toliver, Tink, and a posthumous pairing with Pimp C.
If Megan’s aim was to ignite chatter among fans, she has certainly achieved it.
