The 56-year-old first lady spoke in the Rose Garden, appearing to express gratitude to sponsors who supported her Fostering the Future scholarship program, which assists young people aging out of foster care. Yet, many viewers found themselves distracted from the stated purpose.

Facebook commentators were not waiting for medical documentation, though few trusted the White House physicians.
“She’s trying to stay youthful because she fears Natalie will take her place,” one person wrote, referring to Trump aide Natalie Harp. Another commented, “Her nose looked better before.”
“Botox city,” declared a third.
“What hasn’t she had done?? She is all plastic and fake!!!!!! TRUMPSTEIN FILES,” another posted.
One critic insisted the evidence lay in plain sight: “You can clearly see she had cosmetic work around her eyes and cheeks above the mouth ….. enlarge the photos to reveal the BeBestBimbo. I said that’s where she’s been.”
Others believed the speculation had gone too far.

One commenter saw nothing unusual, writing, “She looks the same to me. I still notice wrinkles on her cheeks and around the eyes. She actually looks happy, so clearly, being away from Trump and the White House seems to suit her just fine.”
This isn’t the first time Melania’s face has become a target for online scrutiny.
